PLAXIS Monopile Designer

Optimization design tool for monopile foundations

This is an optimization design tool for monopile foundations developed by Bentley Systems, which performs one-dimensional analysis based on the results of the PISA Joint Industry Research Project. It can be used in conjunction with the three-dimensional ground analysis software PLAXIS 3D. 【Main Features】 - Capable of one-dimensional analysis for large-diameter monopile foundations - Considers nonlinear ground reaction curves based on horizontal distributed loads, distributed moments, shear forces at the pile tip, and moments at the pile tip - Allows for model creation in the three-dimensional ground analysis software PLAXIS 3D - Enables visualization and output of nonlinear ground reaction curves, load-displacement relationships, and bending moments - Standard API/DNV-GL P-Y curves are available for clay and sandy soils *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or contact us.

3D Ground Analysis Software "PLAXIS 3D"

Rich track record in ground analysis both domestically and internationally.

It is a three-dimensional ground analysis software developed by Bentley Systems, capable of applications such as pile foundation analysis, excavation analysis for retaining walls, consolidation settlement analysis due to embankments, slope stability analysis using shear strength reduction methods or limit equilibrium methods, and analysis of surrounding impacts during tunnel excavation. It is dedicated to three-dimensional problems and allows for easy creation of analysis models with a user-friendly interface that feels like CAD. 【Main Features】 - Easy-to-use interface allows for simple creation of analysis models with a CAD-like feel. - Special extrusion function of the tunnel designer enables the creation of curved-shaped tunnels. - Equipped with specialized elements for piles, anchors, tunnels, etc. - Capable of staged construction analysis, consolidation analysis, unsteady seepage flow analysis, dynamic analysis, and slope stability analysis using limit equilibrium methods. - Outputs numerical data in tabular format, which can be copied and pasted into spreadsheet software. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or contact us. The PDF materials can be obtained from the "Urban Development Database Site" (https://kensetsu.ipros.jp/product/detail/2000623003).

~Introduction in a video~ Analysis of offshore wind power foundation structures

We are introducing case studies of offshore wind power foundation structures using the geotechnical analysis software PLAXIS!

PLAXIS is a geotechnical analysis software developed by Bentley Systems. It supports both two-dimensional and three-dimensional analyses and can be applied to various scenarios, including excavation analysis for retaining walls, consolidation settlement analysis due to embankments, pile foundation analysis, slope stability analysis, impact assessment during tunnel excavation, and seismic response analysis. In this video, we will introduce case studies of offshore wind turbine foundation structures analyzed using the geotechnical analysis software PLAXIS. We will present a case study of a monopile foundation analysis that considers uncertainties, as well as a case study of a jacket-type plus suction pile foundation analysis. *If you would like to watch the video, please scroll down or follow the related links!*
